Mills Construction

I have used him before to do several things. I had him a year ago to fix the same thing and I paid him cash and it seemed to fix the issue, but now the issue is back. He met me over there again to give me a proposal to work on the roofing and guttering. I gave him the deposit. Then a week went by and I never heard from him until I called him. He seemed upset that I called him, and then after the phone call I didn't hear from him again. I called him after the two weeks with nothing being done and tried to cancel it. He then he got angry with me and then told me that he would return my deposit. I had the neighbor put the soffit board up to keep things from getting in the attic and repaired the issue myself. I have left numerous messages and sent letters and never heard anything from him. I finally reached him yesterday and he gave me a song and dance about how many problems he was having, and I pretty much understood that I am not going to get my deposit back from him.
