About us

We do retail & commercial plumbing. We also have a good supply of plumbing material and fixtures for sale at our office. Currently our office is only open in the morning but the plumbers are working all day. When the office is closed, the phone transfers directly to the plumbers, including nights and weekends.

I went to the bathroom and when I flushed the toilet, it overflowed. It scared me so bad!! I grabbed the phone and called Ephrata Plumbing. The secretary asked me some questions and when she found out it was an emergency, she said she would get someone over right away. Within an hour Frank showed up. He tried plunging the toilet but that didn't work. Next, he used this long tool in the toilet (he called it a "j hook") but he still couldn't get it. Then he had to remove the toilet, take it outside, and he got a toy out of it.The entire time, my son was underfoot watching and asking questions. He was so great with him. I tried to apologize for him getting in the way and he said he had two kids of his own and it was no problem.He put the toilet back in and now it works great.

They were quick, fast, and on time. It's a small company, and even the boss comes out. He checks all the work. Usually there are three or five guys that work there, I'm not sure, but I only had two come out. They were always very professional.
