Chet showed up at the time service was scheduled and went right to work.  He moved the furniture and set them up on tabs to keep them off the cleaned carpet while it dried. He was very friendly and professional.  He told us what to expect with the carpet drying after being cleaned and told us to call if we had any questions. The next day we noticed a slight residual odor (we have small animals) in the interior stairway and he came back and deodorized the area.
Overall, we were very pleased with the carpet cleaning.

Tenant had left dog in apt.  Urinated on new carpet several times and places.

Today is a Sunday and the heat is record breaking. I plan to replace my flooring. In the meantime, I called many carpet cleaners this morning out of desperation as my daughter will visit soon and I thought my light cream carpets were beyond any hope. No product has been effective. After calling 9 companies I reached Chet Wright. He agreed to come here on his day off. He is an older, cheerful gentleman and he is a powerhouse. My rugs look vastly better (or I am hallucianting from the heat). He has been working for hours using great care moving my furniture. He is so careful that my cats do not escape. His manners area a pleasure, and in my eyes he's a miracle worker!

His prices are outstanding as is his work. It is beyond sweltering and this man is my hero. What a trooper.
