Great and worth what I paid!

Felt like our carpets had been through a flood. We had to buy a dehumidifier and run it for a week to get all the moisture out of the carpets. There was a bad smell and you couldn't walk on the carpets for a while.

Garrett was very responsive and professional. He showed up on time. He did a thorough job when he was here. He made sure to call and give a full description of the work he had done and gave recommendations on carpeting based on our usage. We would use him again, our carpets look great.

The King of Clean did a great job. The carpets turned out better than I could have ever expected. He showed up on time ready to go and was finished in no time at all. Thank you for bringing life back into our carpets!

The cleaning was fast and he was very professional. I'm giving one star less on quality because there were a few spots. He showed them to me and noted as a stain that won't come out. I simply rubbed a rag on the stain and it lifted right out with almost no effort. For the price it would have been worthwhile to check out the stains and then the carpet would be perfect. A small flaw but I'd definitely use him again in the future or to clean the rugs.

Garrett was on time (early even), very personable, explained everything & made good recommendations. Because he honored a Facebook special that we'd discussed while scheduling the appointment, the price was more than fair. The stuff he showed us that he'd pulled out of the carpet was impressively disgusting! Would use again.

Mr. Hodgson is fantastic! Cleaned our disgusting carpets which had gone years without a professional cleaning. His equipment did an excellent job getting all of the stains out and getting into every little corner. He was punctual (early actually) and took his time to do a great job. He also helped to move a very heavy area rug after it had been cleaned. Would absolutely highly recommend him and will be using his service again in the future ourselves!

Everything went exactly as it should have gone. From setting up the appointment to final inspection, Garrett was as professional and courteous as can be. Both units had what I would call major issues, including very heavy traffic areas, a couple fairly dark spilled drink stains, and even one pet urine stain. Not only was he able to get ALL of the stains out, but both units smell better than they ever have. And we didn't even know they didn't smell great before he cleaned them!

Awesome experience with The King of Clean. Garrett answered our call and was at our residence just a few hours later to take care of our carpets! Same day service?!?! Seriously great. (We just had a bad bout of the stomach flu with little kids, and we needed help getting that awful smell out! Not to mention some older, stubborn pet stains.) He offered a good, fair price and the fact that he could come so immediately was amazing. He even offered to clean an extra area rug for us while he was here as part of the price, which was such a great bonus! Friendly, professional, and done in under two hours. We are totally happy and so glad we went with The King of Clean. Would absolutely recommend... our house smells so much better and the carpets look brand new again! Thanks Garrett!
