Not good. I have a 750 sq manufacture home. 20 years old needed repairs. I sought some quotes, but his seemed good and I talked to the Mobile Home Guys supply store in Auburn. The employee there told me he was there biggest customer and had been in business 17 years. I relied a lot on that when weighing my decision of whom to hire. I found out much later that the store is owned by his Wife so in essence owned by him. He gave an estimate in October that I thought was good. Said he could start mid - december. I started tear down to prepare. In Mid December he said he had other people with more pressing concerns like holes in their roof. He was quite curt. He finally started in Mid February. I'm a single, older woman and not familiar with construction projects. I kept asking questions because things seemed a little odd. He put surround bathtubs on top of drywall walls although the instructions showed shimming it into framing, I was having the drywall re-done anyway so that could have been coordinated. The doors he put in later turned out not to be level. He blamed odd things like that on my home, but a later carpenter said their are ways to compensate that would have left the door hanging level. He had to lay the flooring in the kitchen twice because there was a 6' wrinkle in it. He caulked everything messily and caulked one of the bathroom tubs with the wrong kind of caulk so it got all mushy the first time I took a shower. He came and fixed each item but he seemed angry like it was my fault. He brought out laminate countertops three times because he measured incorrectly. All this took five months. He was supposed to start the siding and do the rodent barrier. He had his assistant do the rodent barrier and never looked at the work. Charged $3,000 and his assistant spent a day and a half. As soon as the check cleared he announced he was not doing anymore work and cancelled the siding a week before he was supposed to begin because he said I asked too many questions and didn't trust him. It was mid-summer and I was worried I couldn't get anyone else at short notice. I had other contractors for roofing and painting waiting on the siding. I tried the damsel in distress approach to get him to finish the work, but nothing worked. I had already ordered the windows through him. He dropped off the windows in my living room in 10 minutes and left before I could even check if the windows were acceptable. One of them didn't work properly and he finally gave me a credit for that one after several weeks. (I had already paid for the windows.) I went down under the home later myself and spent a couple of hours cleaning up trash that was left under there including a 6 foot piece of insulation that was new and didn't get installed? I was furious and the owner came out and gave direction to the assistant for several more hours of work, but never apologized for the shoddy work. Luckily I did get someone else who was much better and completed the siding and new windows wonderfully on time and for the price quoted. That was another thing..his "quotes" turned out to be not the finished price. It was true that I made some changes in quality but if his initial quotes had been more accurate I would have probably gone with someone else. cost of service below is T&N and Mobile Home Guys together.

We had recurring leak issues with our breezeway over the course of about 10 years. We've had companies do leak repairs over and over, each time leading to further damage. T & N, who has worked for us in the past, solved the problem by tearing the whole thing down and putting up a new one. They did everything in a timely manner and have always done top notch work for us. I would highly recommend them.
