1st, they were late. 2nd it's a rental property so we paid over the phone, it took 30 minutes of being passed around on the phone for a receipt then they were finally able to email one after being forwarded to the escalation dept. They convinced us to opt for the 119 warranty under the condition that if our repair was less than that, we could cancel the monthly payment and just pay the actual amount. Well when I called to get the actual amount they had no idea what I'm talking about. I'm sure if I just cancel they'll come up with a huge amount I owe. The whole operation seems shady!

It was covered under the warranty that we bought it under. They had to come out a couple of times to fix the problem but they did fix it. It's perfect. It works great. The price was fine because I bought a contract.

They have been out to my home five times. Two times were to order parts, and the other three were to fix the washer. During the three visit they tried to fix it, but my washer still is making noise. I feel as though they keep ordering the wrong part, or they are not installing it properly.

They were excellent. They found the problem and fixed it and even went out of their way to do a couple of extra little things. I'm totally happy with them. Their pricing is a little high but they all are.

We live in Clearwood, a private gated community in which it was EXTREMELY difficult to find a company that services our location. We scheduled an appointment online, received an online confirmation, and the technician showed up right on time. Very professional, very friendly. He replaced the damper in our fridge, which, by sheer luck, he happened to have on hand. Saved us over $1000 by replacing the damper instead of the whole unit, which he was advised to do when he called in. To our benefit, his many years of experience and gut instinct paid off. $114 later, our fridge is as good as new! Happy to use their services in the future.

I use the same particular gentleman of theirs all the time and he is very good. He is dependable and always shows up on time. He is efficient and takes good care of my belongings. He always does good work and I am always happy when he leaves.

We paid $119 up front to have the icemaker (which had a leak) fixed. He didn't even look at the icemaker. He charged us for the service call and left a coupon worth $100 on a new refrigerator. There is nothing wrong with the refrigerator except for a leaking ice-maker.
