We felt very comfortable with Ryan.  He did quality work, and tried very hard to accommodate us.  Was very knowledgeable and trustworthy.  Would want to use him again.

After the work was done the roof develops several really bad leaks. Leaks in places it never leaked before. The owner, Ryan Norton, was contacted and after almost a month he came out to look. He put black tar mastic on the metal roof. later all the roof companies told me this was very bad way to fix a metal roof and was improper.  After he put that on it still leaked very badly. Over the course of 4 months I left half a dozen voice mails for him and also sent multiple emails. He never answered any of them back. It seems that he figures he got his money and ignoring his customer was the answer.
The roof leaked so bad that it soaked and ruined a bunch of hay and also leaked inside to the tack room. I gave Ryan Norton 5 months to fix his work and he refused to reply or stand behind his work. It cost over $600 to fix the leak that he caused by being on my roof and not knowing what he was doing.
He also took a "cash discount" and reduced his quoted price if I paid him in cash. So I paid $2,000 and ended up with a leaking roof and a pile of ruined hay and soaked plywood inside the barn.
Will never recommend this person or company. He does not stand behind his work.  And the whole time he was out here he wanted to leave early before job was done to go "snowmobiling" and so forth. Very unprofessional.
