He has a van where the vacuum motor is in. I'd make sure you can drag a hose from his van to your place.

I was really impressed. The windows looked great. They used a dry cleaning system which I really liked. The carpet was clean and dry immediately. I will never go back to "wet" cleaning.

He was referred to me by a neighbor because he had done a very good job at his house. I was happy with him because he was very nice and did a good job with my carpets. I can't remember how much he charged me.

Rich had been washing our windows for over 10 years so we knew him and were pleased with his work. He stopped windows some time ago and we heard he was doing carpets so we felt confident he could it well and besides it was a dry system. We had never seen the dry system and are very pleased with the results. He showed us how it works and the machine is very effective. We will not return to the water or steam system. He'll do the job when it is necessary again. It took 2 men about 3 hours to do it all and returned everything to where it had been before their arrival. Overall we are very pleased.
