The owners name Eric Stanson and he was going over his head. I don’t know if he knew he was going over his head. He would say he was going to do something and then a week later he would show up and then there was no communication. He did a poor job on several things. I ended up having to fire him because he was not getting anything done. He certainly didn’t earn any respect. We asked him to do one thing and he would do something else and then would act like we never had that conversation. I told him that the deck railing was wobbly and if I had to send somebody up there leaning on it they would go over it. It was rusted and it was just one of those things. It was totally shoddy work. I was totally upset with him by the time I got rid of him. He got a whole lot more of money than he should have got out of this deal.
Description of Work: I used the services of Pinnacle Contracting & Remodeling to do a room and a deck in August. He did some electrical work and put some recess lighting downstairs.
