He is formerly Paul and Sons Landscaping and changed his name to P & D Landscape, with a new telephone number, 253-282-2273. This is his fourth business name since 2002. He is not a registered contractor. He is under investigation by the state for his business practices. After receiving payment, the work was never completed and he stole tools and garden books from me. There were multiple incidents of "suspicious vandalism" to my property which cost me in extra repair fees to him. Once he was fired, the vandalism stopped.
