Hubs researched safes online and found NW Safe in Enumclaw, so we took a drive. We were greeted by Kael who asked how he could help us. We told him our needs and he showed us several safes from less expensive (but still great) to more expensive. He was no pressure, extremely personable and knowledgeable, and answered all our questions then let us be while we looked them over and chatted. When he spotted us looking at one that was a little shorter, he came over and explained it to us and how it would also work well for our needs. This was it, our perfect safe, exactly what we had in mind. We sat down with him, did the paperwork which was quick and were on our way. Our safe was delivered less than a week later. Gary and Lincoln (I think I got their names right? Sorry if not) were amazing! Phoned ahead to let me know arrival time, introduced themselves at my door and then started the prep: laying protective carpet up my stairs, boards on the floor and landing etc. They were happy to answer my questions as I watched the cool lift they have that "walks" the safe up the stairs! What a great machine!! I watched as they placed our safe, they even paid closed attention that it was perfectly in place. Gary (?) walked me through changing the code and did it in a way it was kept private, only I saw what I typed in. He then went over the packet with me showing me the warranty and explaining its importance. From us first entering their beautiful showroom to the time they left our home was an incredible experience. So caring, kind, and professional. We HIGHLY recommend NW Safe!

First time leaving a review ever...and that speaks volumes to how much I enjoyed working with Kael, Gary and AJ. From the buying experience with Kael, giving me the pros and cons of various safes and options, he painted the picture for me to visualize what I can get from purchasing through Northwest Safe besides the safe itself. On delivery day, Gary and AJ were prompt, polite and thoughtful. While the doorways were tight, they really demonstrated their years of technique and experience to get this safe to its final home. While Gary was showing me the features and benefits of my safe, AJ was already cleaning up their tools, hanging our front door back up and moving our entry way bench into place as if they were never even there. Family oriented, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. This team really shows great pride in their craft. These guys are the epitome of "Do what you love and you'll never work a day in your life." You guys have a lifelong customer.

It was fantastic. They had such excellent service. We had an issue with something and the manager came to our house and even though it was a manufacture issue. They took responsibility and went beyond what I would ever have expected.

NW Safes gave me a detailed proposal.  Asked all the right questions before quoting a price.  They showed up on time, having called several days prior to confirm the appointment, then again the morning of the move.  They arrived on time.  They know what they are doing - all the equipment used made perfect sense.  You can tell their process is highly evolved.  Every piece of gear makes sense and works perfectly.  They lifted the safe from my basement, used a stair crawler to move it up to the main floor, then slid it along Teflon tracks to the garage.  Loaded the safe into a special trailer designed for heavy loads.  They arrived at the destination perfectly on time.  They moved the safe into its new location in the garage, shimmed it dead level, and bolted it to the floor.

Outstanding performance from professionals who clearly know their business.    This is a very successful family-run business.  They do safes and only safes.  Sales, repair, and moves.  That's it.  They are one of the largest distributors of safes in the nation.  They move approximately 50 safes each and every week.
