Jeff is a pleasure to work with!  He is a wonderful communicator: daily updates on progress, advanced notice of other workmen coming into the house (very few other workers besides Jeff), and even just daily updates regarding his start and end times.  He involved us in all decisions and quickly brought up/helped us resolve any minor issues that arose.  He is extremely tidy and takes extra measures to keep everything as clean as possible.  He also stayed very close to the original quote-and we were aware immediately every time a change would add to the cost.  Jeff does very high quality work-our bathroom is beautiful.  I would definitely recommend Jeff and we will use him for future projects. 

We used Northwest Custom INC for the 2nd larger remodel project. We hired Jeff again based on the excellent experience we had in an earlier remodel project. The whole project was once again extremely satisfying. It started with an accurate estimate until completion of the project. Jeff is very responsive, very trustworthy, very professional and takes a lot of pride in the quality of his work. Customer satisfaction is very important to him and he goes beyond what you would expect from a typical contractor. We couldn't be happier with the work he did, the quality of the work as well as dealing with Jeff. He was very patient when we struggled to choose tiles and helped us throughout the selection process.

The project started on time, ended on time and was on budget - no surprises. We have so much confidence and trust in Jeff, we left on vacation during the remodel. Jeff kept us in the loop while we were gone and we received regular updates so that we could follow the progress from the distance. Excellent communication and progress updates throughout the whole project (3-4 weeks).

We are already planning the next remodel for 2015 and will definitely hire Northwest Custom Inc again.

All in all the project moved along in a timely fashion. There were just a few issues that were quickly resolved.

This was the largest remodeling we've ever had done, and we were very lucky to get Jeff to do the work.  Jeff met his bid to the dollar, even when he ran into hidden problems he had not made allowances for.

We had a general idea about what we wanted done, so Jeff offered ideas for things we had not even thought of but which really added to the final remodel.

Jeff offered to meet us at  supplier locations to help us pick out such things as our new kitchen sink, floor and back splash, cabinet and wood trim style, color and quality, as well as tile color and quality.  He also showed us different light switch and outlet colors and/or designs to choose from to make sure even detail work met our expectations.

Jeff also went the extra mile by making small repairs to such things as dings in our hallway wallboard (unrelated to his work).  

The only "Don't" I can think of is to not let Jeff's immediate availability make you decide to move on to someone else.  With us his initial availability took a few weeks, but one he started work he stuck with it until it was done.  He was working constantly with only one or two small "emergencies" he had to go do.  

We were very lucky to have had Jeff complete our kitchen remodel, and we are already looking forward to him remodeling our two bathrooms.

We have told Jeff that we would be happy to let anyone he'd like to come to see the quality work he performed at our place.  If interested, please coordinate a visit through Jeff. 

It turned out beautiful. Jeff has done a beautiful job, and is very talented. He is a one of a kind workman that you don’t find much anymore. The charges were quite reasonable for the work that he did.

It turned out excellent. I have recommended him to many people. He is an honest guy and I can't recommend him highly enough. He was always on budget and stuck to it. The job was completed in the correct time frame.

It turned out very well. We have used them for multiple jobs. The work has been exceptional. He is very versatile. I have no problem having him around the house, and he is pleasant to deal with. He cleans up after himself incredibly well. He does a super thorough job. He is really good at following directions, and good at offering input. I highly recommend him. He is very reliable in terms of showing up on time, and communicating with us.

It turned out great. I would recommend them to others. They were professional and courteous.

During installation of a new patio door the glass company discovered extensive dry rot beyond the scope of their abilities.  They suggested we call Jeff, who responded immediately.   The damage turned out to be extensive, including wet-wood termite damage going a few feet under the floor into the house in two directions.  Repair required removal of floor tile, removal of sections of the walls, both interior and exterior, repairing the damage and replacing the tile and the sections of the walls that had been opened up to repair the structure.  Jeff stayed with us until the job was completed; did an exceptionally clean job such that it's now impossible to tell  where the work had been done.  He also worked closely with the door installation people to ensure that both his and their work would coordinate to ensure  the same type of water damage would not recur.

Jeff was awesome. He completed the remodel on short notice while we were out-of-town which included decision-making by phone from a distance. In addition, he fixed the lock/seal on our door which had never worked since we purchased our home. I would welcome him in our home at anytime. He made the whole process smooth and easy for us.

Great person to work with, very detailed and accurate proposal, no hidden cost or surprises, throughout the project excellent communicator, all the work was done on time, on budget, no surprises. He is a perfectionist and takes great pride in the work he does. He will not stop working on your project until you are completely satisfied. Very flexible throughout the project. We made several changes in the middle of the project. He was supporting us and his recommendations helped to get what we wanted. We couldn't be any happier with his work and the quality of the remodel. Absolutely trustworthy and we had no issues at all to have him alone in our house. We even went on a 10 day vacation during the project. He updated us during the vacation and sent us pictures of the project progress. We can highly recommend him.
