If this company is associated with "BRUCE MCDONALD", then this applies: When I asked him when he was going to repair the damage to my gutter system, he said "READ YOUR CONTRACT". What?! He was supposed to just excavate, but he said he 'removed' the downspout because it was in his way. However, the downspout leading to the gutter on the room is made up of three separate pieces. If he just has to remove the downspout as he claimed, he could have left everything attached except the bottom most piece. Instead, the entire downspout was detached, screws all gone, and the gutter system itself detached from the roof. My guess is he ripped the downspout out when digging. This is insane, the guy was just supposed to excavate and instead now I have to hire someone to repair the damage he caused. Why would he rip the gutters off my house, and then argue with me when I ask him to fix it? And argue is an understatement. He threatened me physically. As if this were not enough, he is also a general contractor and was arranging some other work involving removing a post from my garage and replacing it with an ibeam. He was working with an engineer, and asked me for $400 for the engineer's signed plans. Gave him the check, and never saw anything. When I asked him what he had to show for the $400, he screamed, threatened me and just ranted on.
