This will provide the home buyer with the knowledge they need to make an educated decision in the home buying process. Issues discovered during the home inspection are discussed with the buyer during the inspection in detail. Computerized report with pictures is emailed next day. I perform all inspection personally. I do not send out an employee like some other multi inspector firms do.
