Overall the experience was pretty good, no 4 square sales tactics. I told them what I wanted and they worked with me to get the truck and options I wanted, (thankfully they had it on the lot) great truck, low pressure. I was a little shocked at what labor they charged for installing a wiring harness for my block heater. I think $75 to install a factory cable that is 3 feet long and has all the fasteners already on it was a bit excessive.

i don't have much to report on this experience-knowledge of cars is zero

i took the car in they explained what needed to be done and finished the work when promised the only reason they got a low grade in price is because this was a spur of the moment repair and i really didn't do any comparisons
after all work has been done the car is running better then ever

These guys are great. Clean and organized shop. Very communicative. Prompt service. As a side note, the headlight adjustment was the result of a different Chrysler dealer replacing the light under warranty and NOT setting it to the proper height. These guys disassembled the light and inspected it; then reinstalled/adjusted and covered the labor under warranty. Now that's serivce!! This dealer is 23 miles from my home. But I will drive that distance to get good service before I use a Chrysler dealer closer to home.
