Dave is GREAT! As with most garage door spring problems, this issue caught me by surprise, and I was heading out of town the next day. Yikes! I needed to find someone to fix it fast (or as least get my door closed since it was stuck in the up position). Dave was available and came out in less than 45 minutes. He only needed a few small parts (which were already on his truck), and the whole process was completed quickly - in about an hour. He had to use a little creativity to fix the bracket that connects the pipe to the wall -- and he did a wonderful job. We would not hesitate to call him again!
