This was not the experience you would expect from a title company.  I have closed on four properties in the last fifteen years and have never had any of them take twelve days to get through the title company.  Our specific escrow officer was Rob Ross.  Supposedly he had gone on vacation and was completely "swamped" when he came back.  When I pushed the issue I was told that there were many other closings that had to happen before mine and that the closing was still happening sooner than the last contractual deadline.  Not exactly what anyone should hear from any reputable title company.  Unfortunately the seller determined which title company was used.  There are many good title companies out there, this one has plenty of room to improve.  The actual office is based out of SEATAC 18000 International blvd. Ste. 401.  I contacted the divisional leadership and encouraged them to help support their "swamped" escrow officer.  I'm afraid of the timeline if we had not beat every bush.
