Perma Color Interiors came in with the lowest bid in town for the higher quality of carpet available compared to the other bids.
They accomplished the full pad and carpet replacement in about four days. They initially had multiple carpet layers working the project but then switched to a single professional after the initial heavy lifting was complete to cut and fit everything in.
The only issue was that there was no clean up of all the loose bits of carpet once they were complete. This was easily resolved with a quick vacuuming of the duplex. They left the large remnants which is normal since they can be used for repairs. They also left a couple tools behind. This wasn't a major issue as I needed to go in and pay the remaining balance for the carpet and just dropped them off at the office when I did.
Overall, I was very satisfied with their work and would definitely use them again.
