Paul is one of the owners and he is very experienced. Paul Wyatt has employees that will come on weekends or when service is needed. He has over 30 years experience.

With just a couple of snags, things went very smoothly. We had been without cooling since July 1, and it was over 3 weeks into a heat wave when work began. We had one other bid that was quite a bit higher for the work to be done. One other business failed to keep the appointment we made. Our systems were very old, and our heat pump was kablooey. One Hour got the A/C part installed and up in just a couple of days once work commenced. What a relief! We waited until September for the gas company to get a line to our house from the street, and a meter installed. Once that was finally done, One Hour got our gas furnace going in a couple of days. We had heat before the temperatures dipped at the end of the month.
From the first person we talked to, through the person who tested the systems, we were very pleased to deal with such professional people. Thanks to Trevor, Tammy, Kevin, Jessica, Brandon, LeeAnn, Michelle, and Jose for your time and efforts to get us a nice system at a reasonable cost. It's nice to be comfortable again!

They were fantastic. They are friendly and punctual. Our furnace is set up on a yearly service schedule. I never have to make appointments. They call me and let me know that it's time. They suggest changes. The guys that work there are very nice. I like them.
