He probably has the best reputation around. He is excellent. Great guy and does good work.

He was very quick and very efficient. He talked to me the whole time. He was incredibly cheap.

I left a phone message on Lach's number and he got back to me the same day.  He was able to come over that  evening to take a look at what needed to be done so he could order materials.  Within a week he was calling to let me know that he was ready to start the following aternoon.   When he and his help Don finally arrived it was ate afternoon and quite hot out so it was decided they would start the following morning.  Before they left Lach went over his instructions with Don and and the two unloaded the tools from the truck that Don would need. 

The next morning Don cut out all of the bad grout areas in the shower and re grouted, he also sealed all of the grout in the bathroom area.  Lach came by later that afternoon as Don was finishing up, he was not quite satisfied with how it turned out so he had Don come back the next day and re do it.

When the invoice came in the mail it was itemized and included copies of his receipts for materials.  He did not charge us for the extra day of work.

I found Lach on Angie's List & what a "find" he turned out to be! He was very prompt, priced fairly & did excellent work.  He actually did more than we had originally asked him to do as far as prep work because we were leaving on vacation & my husband didn't have time to get it all done. So Lach did it & did not charge us. There was a little water leakage from the washer hook-up after we took the washer out right before we left. So Lach put a heater on it & came over a week later to check the wall. He didn't think it was quite dry enough so he left the heater & will be back to check it again. The Gal he has do painting did an incredible job! She paints free hand without masking or taping & it is beautiful! They are both the best people we've ever hired & will certainly use them again!

Lachlan did a great job for us. Besides the actual repair he was able to work with a third party to get access to the home. We discussed options over the phone and then he completed the replacement in a very timely manner. He is a knowlegeable and pleasant person and does great work. I will not hesitate to contact him again should the situation arise and I recommend him to anyone looking for assistance.

Mr. McHandy was very cheerful and personable, yet professional. My seven month old grandson is starting to pull himself up, so I wanted Mr. McHandy to attach two bookcases to the wall. I also asked him to put up a plant hanger. When he arrived, I told him I had a couple extra things for him to do, if he had the time. He said that would be fine (it didn't faze him a bit that I sprang a couple more tasks on him). Earlier in the day, I had tried to assemble a high chair, but found I'm not strong enough to do it. I asked Mr. McHandy if he'd tackle it for me. He sat right down on my living room floor and commenced to assemble it! It was great. He made himself at home and helped me out. Then I asked him to change a light bulb for me, because I have nine foot ceilings and I'm short and have a difficult time reaching when I'm on a ladder. Not a problem for him!
