John did a great job. He came at the time scheduled. He matched the grain of the siding so that it looked like the existing siding beautifully. John got the job done quickly and we are very satisfied. John is very honest. I feel comfortable with him working on our house. His work is professionally done. I will definitely use him again. He is a contractor that has a wide variety of skills. Next he will be installing storm doors for us as soon as they arrive. I would rate John at a ten.

John came on the day and time that was arranged. He and his crew were on the roof.

We live in a very windy area. The new roofing materials are far better than the
old 3 tab type. John got the work done on the date he stated. He cleaned
up daily. John was very careful of my property and all of my annual flowers.
He is licensed, bonded, and insured. John refunded the permit overcharge.
Other contractors probably would not have made a refund. John's work was excellent.
He and his crew got the work done quickly even though it was very hot and windy.
He was generous with advice on other exterior issues. I plan to ask his son
to paint part of our home exterior. This is my second time using John for a project.

I will definitely use his services in the future.

John was able to complete the job very quickly. He also observed the rest of the trim and advised us how to prevent
more damage in other areas. We appreciated his comments that definitely saved us from having more damage.
His work was very well done. John had to make the trim look like the origional. He cleaned the site up. I would definitely
recommend him for construction jobs. He is honest and very reasonable.
His specialties are garages, shops, additions and remodels as well as framing. He also does fencing as well as decks.
