CANOPY COUNTRY RV

In October of 2005 I went to Canopy Country RV in Ellensburg WA to look at buying a "park model" RV to use as a rental unit. I told the manager of the business the only way I would be able to purchase a unit is to have them deliver it to my property as I have no means to haul an RV of the size I intended to purchase. The manager agreed to look at my lot. He said, approximately  two weeks later that everything was a "go". Therefore, I custom ordered a unit due to be delivered approx 90 days later. When the RV arrived it was the wrong color decor and the manager said, " if you read the back of your contract you will see that I don't have to give you the exact color you ordered". On top of that he called the weekend the unit was to be delivered and told me he had bad news. He stated that their insurance co. no longer allowed them to deliver RVs and offered me $150.00 to get out of it. When I told him my contract superseded his insurance co I was told by another member of the staff that they would gladly bring it to the address and "dump it alongside the road!"  I will NEVER buy from this company again.
