Dan was a pleasure to work with. He was prompt, courteous, professional and efficient. He inspected all of the important items in and outside the house and some I hadn't even anticipated, like the venetian blinds and floor surfaces. He made discussed his observations and concerns and made recommendations to both the seller and buyer. He provided a written report the next day detailing his work and recommendations including pictures pointing out areas of concern. I learned a great deal from him. I'd recommend him without question, and if in such a situation again would call on him. He gave me a discount for being a veteran.
