wThe owner, Fred Padjin, performed a carriage house remodel for us. The workmanship was top quality and Fred was very easy to work with, as was his crew. Fred is very knowledgeable and professional with good ideas on how to make your vision come to life. Our final remodel was gorgeous.
Only problem was with the final price. I suggest sticking as closely as possible to your designed plans and go over every detail of the initial estimate with some kind of plan to deal with the unforeseen costs that will eventually accrue. Fred and I were able to amicably resolve our conflict over the final bill which might have gone to court with a less professional contractor.
