Jack Zapara, the owner, responded promptly when I called to see if he could stop a small leak in my roof. He was recommended to me by my next door neighbor, who has the same house as mine, so I knew he would be familiar with the job. He came out, climbed on the roof (believe it or not, they don't always do that!) located the leak and fixed it the next day. No problems since. I was pretty sure my roof was ready for a new coating and he said it should probably be done this year and he would do it for $850. which would include the leak fix. It seemed good to me. It took a while for the workmen to come and do the job, but time was not important to me and I feltJack was willing to work with me on time frames. His very polite and professional workmen Danny and John came out to my house to clean the roof thoroughly and check the downspouts and gutters. The next day they came to coat the roof. They took pictures with my camera, as I am not going to be climbing up to check out my roof. They were prompt and neat and the work was done quickly. In a few days Jack himself came out to fix the problem downspout, at which time I paid him in full.
I will certainly call Jack Zapara of Zee Roofing if I have any roof problems in the future.

It has worked out excellent for me! Just one fellow did the roof. He was a very pleasant young man and very nice to deal with.
