+ -1 moreTHE GENTLEMAN THAT CAME TO OUR HOUSE WAS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY A FRIEND, AND HE WAS EXCELLENT. HE LOOKED OVER OUR WHOLE HOUSE, AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND JUST THE INSPECTION BY OFFERING US FREE ADVICE ON WHAT WE COULD DO TO FIX THINGS. WE WERE VERY HAPPY, AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM AGAIN.
Description of Work: AN INSPECTOR CAME OUT TO THE HOME WE HAD PUT A BID ON AND LOOKED IT OVER. HE CHECKED TO MAKE SURE IT COULD PASS INSPECTION, AND THEN WROTE UP A REPORT THAT HE SENT TO US, AND OUR REAL ESTATE AGENT.
