+ -1 moreMark is a very nice person, but extremely disorganized, which resulted in the project finishing 4 months late. His approach is to use the cheapest materials possible, he doesn't think about what the customer is trying to achieve, what looks good with the existing parts of the interior and exterior, and some of his subs are unreliable.
Description of Work: Renovated my basement to include living room, bedroom, full bathroom, laundry room, and storage room. Renovated the second floor bathroom. Gutted bathroom, and installed new fixtures, heated floor, wainscot, new tub and toilet, new tile in shower area, and floor.
