Not well! The updates came back incomplete and the program installed did not work. We had to work together this time to make it functional and workable. Subsequently, I had to hire another company to make sure everything was okay. I am extremely disappointed that things did not go well, for I really liked the individual and was hoping for a long term relationship.

First, I brought Larry over my laptop, whose turn on switch just stopped working. This was during a snow storm too. Larry was very helpful and called me later to pick up a thin backup drive with my data one it. Just so I could keep working while he looked at what needed to be fixed.
Today Larry called to tell me I needed to replace the part the switch was hooked into. Price was not too bad and he gave me a discount for paying up front on labor.
He discussed at length the cost of the possible repair on my first visit, just to make sure he knew when to give up the ghost. Therefore, no one would be surprised. Also, the cost of a new laptop might not be too expensive.
I found Larry very responsive and he did not mind quoting a price up front before you went down that road. I appreciated that.
And heck, his office is only up the street from my home office. How lucky could I get!

My laptop wouldn't boot up. Larry was close by and helpful over the phone. I made and appointment and took it in to his office, and left it for repairs, a few days later it was done and restored, much to my relief. He was helpful over the phone and in person. I wasn't prepared for a small, crowded office and one or two interruptions while I was there, but I didn't mind. Recently he showed me in person how to back up my computer, at no charge. I found him very helpful, responsive, and his prices are reasonable.

They got the computer for me very quickly. The guy who installed it was very pleasant. There was no service contract that came with it. I found it hard to locate the phone number for technical support. It would have been nice if he could have provided me with that. He did explain to me about the computers and he talked me into buying this. The price was competitive with what I was thinking and it seemed to be what I wanted.

Larry came and added the Ram I needed on the same day I called. I just moved to the area and was hesitant about who to call. He was very pleasant to work with and explained everything. I found them to be extremely knowledgeable and they really knew their subject well. They can do computer things inside and out. You get one on one training, so the price was reasonable for this. However, the computer training atmosphere was not as great as what I had hoped. This sort of training can go over your head and then you need things repeated. It went a little too fast for me, I might have needed something a little more basic than what these fellas offer. Their training was good, but not great.

WE REPEAT MATERIAL COVERED IN PRIOR LESSONS TO GIVE THE STUDENT REPETITION AND TO REINFORCE WHAT WAS TAUGHT AS WELL AS ASKING THE STUDENT TO SEND THE TEACHER EMAILS. THE BEGINNER PROGRAM STARTS WITH SUCH BASICS AS HOW TO TURN ON THE COMPUTER AND THE USE OF THE MOUSE. THE BASICS ARE WELL COVERED AND QUESTIONS ARE DEALT WITH AS THEY COME UP. WE TRY TO KEEP THE PACE COMFORTABLE FOR THE STUDENT WHILE ALSO MOVING FORWARD TO NEW MATERIAL AND ABILITIES. SOMETIMES FOUR HOURS ARE NOT ENOUGH TO COVER THE BASICS."

They always get me out of trouble. They are always able to come out the same day I call. They are just outstanding. I wouldn't use any body else. A couple of times Larry has helped me to write a letter and with resumes. He'll help you with anything.

James came out and he ran my programs for me, made sure everything was working right and gave me some advice. It worked out just fine. He was helpful. I would call them again if I needed to. I was able to use a coupon. The cost was somewhere between $100 - $125. They explained before they sent James out what their service would cost and how they charge. The owner is Larry.

I told them what I wanted to do. Dave told me which buttons to click on, what to type, and answered my questions. Sometimes I needed to have it explained a couple of times. Dave is very patient. I had them teach me how to transfer some names into Outlook from a database I had on my flash drive. I also had to learn how to edit the information and send emails to people using Outlook. I learned what I needed to learn and am planning to have more lessons in the future.

The owner and manager, Larry, was very personable and helpful in the building of my custom-made computer to meet my needs. The computer stores all carried computers with the new Microsoft Vista program, which I did not desire. This unique small business not only makes custom-made computers, but also repairs computers. On programs installed, he offers training in the home if desired.
