I own a 2-story home in Edmonds built in 1985 and decided to have my home inspected and found areas of deficiencies to withstand damages from certain magnitudes of earthquake. I received quotes from 3-4 seismic retrofit companies for installation to improve stability and safety of my home. Among these few bidders, I was impressed with Justin's presentation and his overall approach to better stabilize my home even though his company is relatively new. He carried out the project skillfully, thoroughly and professionally. He kept my updated throughout the project. There was a little hick up with the completion date but it was due to the extra step required by the city of Edmonds. I was very happy with his work and definitely will hire him again for other home projects in the future.
