+ 0 moreI've used RTH in the past the last time we used Bob he did not manage the job, nor employees, did not keep track of payments and double/over charged.
Description of Work: Poor quality, does not manage employee work performance, nor provide invoice with material and labor costs of work. Over bid and double charged.
