They are fair priced, do good work and were prompt on delivery.

They did a terrible job. They couldn't get it to work and they said my house was wired wrong and they had to rewire it and that they had to go get another thermostat that would work for that. Then they never came back. It was a terrible service. They didn't even come back and pick up the thermostat that they left. I told them it was available. They didn't come back and pick it up. So, finally, I threw it out. As I recall, they gave me my money back. Basically, they didn't know what to do. That was disappointing.

The service day arrives and I am not contacted. I receive an email invoice for two times the amount we initially agreed to for the furnace service. Olympic Heating went ahead and replaced the thermostat without contacting me first as promised.
I contacted the company to understand what happened. The representative on the phone was not helpful at all. His suggested solution was that they could go back in to the property and remove the thermostat. Obviously, that would have been unacceptable, especially for a rental property. We could come to no reasonable compromise, which was all I was searching for.
Overall, I had a terrible experience with this this company. They promise one thing on the phone, do something beyond what was agreed and then charge you for it. It felt to me like the way shady car repair shops used to be run. Find another heating company for your business.

Randall and his crew worked quickly, efficiently, and professionally. Their work was professional and was designed to best meet the customer's needs (for example, they put the filter in the most easily accessible location). It also helped that their price was about $1,500 less than the other contractors that bid on the work. Would highly recommend.

I got around four estimates and then my life got a little complicated and I wasn't able to have it done until later. They came in August and finished the job for me. I'm not sure why I chose them because they were not the lowest, but they were not the highest. Their price was okay. They seemed to know what they were doing and I had a lot of confidence in them. I was a little disappointed in what they did. The furnace has already needed a repair. It happened on a weekend and I called them on a Monday. He came that same day, but I had to wait on the part. It was under warranty, so it didn't cost me anything, but it took two or three days to get the part out here and get it in. I am disappointed in the way the furnace functions. I called the owner and he told me that they had to put in a smaller unit than the one that I had. I did not understand that was going to be the case. During a cold spell, it took about six hours for the temperature in the house to get up to where the thermostat was set. He said they couldn't get in there with a bigger unit and I am still not satisfied that the furnace is functioning like it should. I might have had to pay a higher price for a larger unit. My old furnace was 50 years old so I could not compare it to the new furnaces. This new furnace runs also continuously. I am disappointed with that. They did clean up after themselves. It might have been possible that he told me that it was going to have to be a smaller furnace because several months passed, but I don’t remember it. I just assumed they would put in a big enough furnace to heat my house. It does heat the house, but it takes a long time. He did tell me not to turn down the furnace quite so much at night.

It was a regularly priced job they did for me. They did a very good job and I have been very satisfied with their work. They are an excellent company and I would use them again any other time if I needed anything done.

RANDY IS AN EXCELLENT SERVICE PROVIDER. HE IS FRIENDLY AND RESPONSIVE. WE FELT THEIR PRICING WAS FAIR AND THEIR SERVICE AND WARRANTY WERE OUTSTANDING.

THE NATURAL GAS HEATER IS SERVED BY OLYMPIC HEATING AND THE FURNACE WAS CLEANED AND THE THE BURNER TUNED TO BETTER BURN THE FUEL. THE WORK IS DONE EFFICIENTLY.

I WAS FRUSTRATED BY THE EVIDENCE THAT THIS COMPANY DID NOT UNDERSTAND THEIR PRODUCT ADEQUATELY. WHEN A MINOR PROBLEM EMERGED, THEY WERE UNABLE TO FIX IT. I WAS ALMOST FORCED TO REPLACE THE FURNACE AT GREAT EXPENSE, BUT HAPPENED TO BE LUCKY ENOUGH AND PERSISTENT ENOUGH TO FIND A DIFFERENT COMPANY WITH A MORE TALENTED REPAIRMAN.
