Description of Work: Heidi provides a walk for our dog, and he is much happier when I arrive home after work. He is getting exercise and attention and I am worry-free. Great service and billing online so easy to manage.

Description of Work: No services performed. Voicemails to inquire about services had no response.

Description of Work: Care for 4 cats, 1 which is diabetic and requires twice daily insulin shots. Care for 1 bird.

Description of Work: Home visits for my two dogs while I was away. Included playing with them, walking them, making sure they had plenty of food and water, picking up my mail and just loving them.

Description of Work: Ann Klem has been my pet sitter for all of our out of town trips for the last several years, the last trip being in November of 2011 for 9 days. Ann takes care of our (2) cats, one is still a kitten, the other is a rescue and the problem child, my Yellow Nape Amazon parrott. It is rare that I have found anyone to be able to handle my parrott, but Goochie fell in love with Ann right away, like day one. Ann is able to pick the bird up and pet him - birds are very cautious and read people right away and are usually only loyal to one person. That Goochie took to her immediately gave me peace of mind that I could leave and he would actually enjoy his time with Ann. My cat, Ginger, is super finicky about everything, also took to Ann right away. The kitty, Louie, the same. Ann feeds the cats per instructions that we have discussed - she has a sheet of instructions for each animal with everything that is requested and makes changes when asked as their lives change along the way. She makes sure that cat boxes are clean and fresh. As Ginger is currently the only cat let outside, Ann makes sure that Ginger comes inside at night. My parrott, Goochie, has certain requirements for feeding, it is not as simple as one might think. He has to have a certain mix of foods to keep him healthy and Ann has done a superior job. There are many facets to taking care of a parrott outside of feeding; they demand attention. Ann has just taken charge in learning and interacting with Goochie and he now calls her by name. The other responsibilities that Ann has is to care for my habitat of wildlife, and wild birds in my yard. This is alot of work with making sure that all feeders are clean and filled. I have many different types of birds and feeders and it is important to now let the birds, etc., run out of food. Ann also waters all of my potted garden plants in the summertime. Truly, I have found a jewel in Ann's Pampered Pets and all of the services that are provided.

Description of Work: Ann has been walking my dog Charlie and taking him to dog parks and dog day care for about 2 years. I can not think of anyone who I would rather leave Charlie with. Ann is loving, attentive, responsible, flexible and most importantly Charlie LOVES her!!! Ann even takes time to send me pictures of Charlie during the day!! My job is often unpredictable and at times I can't be home when I think I will be and Ann is always willing to give Charlie an extra walk or whatever is needed. You and your pet will not be disappointed in using Ann's Pampered Pets!!

Description of Work: We hired Ann to walk our dog two times per week and for occasional cat sitting when we go out of town. The price I have listed above is the approximate amount that we pay monthly for provided services.

Description of Work: Come to our house at predetermined intervals, feed cats, clean litter box, play with cats, switch lights, ensure everything is in order.
