Our dog is happier and definitely getting more exercise and attention on workdays when I can't come home to let him out. Beneficial for his health and mine!

Ann does an excellent job of caring for our animals. She cares for our diabetic kitty by giving her twice daily insulin shots. Ann always comes to visit the kitties earlier than the the required time to administer the insulin shot to ensure all cats have been fed and have received attention prior to the diabetic cat receiving her insulin shot. When we get back from our trips, Ann has always cleaned the kitty dishes, the boxes are clean and the pets are happy. We love using Ann and would definitely recommend her.

Gail came over for a preliminary visit to get acquainted with the girls and then while I was away for three days she came over and played with them, walked them, made sure they had everything they needed and even picked up my mail. She was wonderful and the dogs absolutely loved her. You could tell they were well cared for and weren't lonely while I was away.

I'm hesitant to write this review because I'm selfish and want to be able to use Ann's services at a whim. Ann is amazing. We have 4 cats and a cockatiel that she watches for us whenever we need to go out of town. This is a lot of animals, but what makes things more complicated is that one of my cats is 15 and diabetic. The cat requires special food, 2 insulin shots daily, and has horrible smelling poop, but Ann puts up with all of this and makes sure our kitty gets what she needs when she needs it. Unlike other caretakers, Ann spends a lot of quality time with our animals each time she stops by our house to ensure the kitties get the love they need. I am a total worrier and am pregnant, so I really can't add any stress to my life; Ann makes me feel extremely comfortable when we are away and I know our animals are happy and well care for. Thank you Ann for everything you've done for us!

I have two indoor cats. The cat sitter came in twice a day to feed and play with them. She took careful notes about where things were and what I wanted. She brushed my kitties (which they love) and of course dealt with the litter box. She watered my flowers, and everything was in better condition than it had been when I left. My cats are people cats, and she clearly liked them and they liked her. She and Ann gave me great confidence that all would be well, and it was. I don't think there was anything that could have been done better than it was. I was very impressed and will certainly use them again.

I have had very, very positive experiences with Ann's Pampered Pets from the first service was provided to the last, which was in November 0f 2011. We travel frequently so there are many stories that I could offer. The fact that all of the stories would be in the positive tone, speaks volumns as to the competency with which services are provided. Ann is a very caring and knowledgable person.....and my "kids" love her!

I cannot say enough positive things about Ann - she is wonderful. She is reliable, responsive, and so great with our animals. I believe that we have been working with her for about two years now, and hope that we never have to live without her!
Two times per week she comes to our house and takes our dog out for a walk. On occasion they go to the dog park instead, but either way - our dog gets lots of attention and outdoor time. Ann frequently sends us emails or text messages to let us know how everything went that day, which is so nice. Most importantly, our dog absolutely loves her!!
Ann's Pampered Pets is the third dog walking/pet sitting service that I have used, and is BY FAR the best. I have never regretted hiring
this company and would gladly recommend them to anyone who is looking for this type of service.

We have been using Ann's service for years, and we couldn't be happier. Whether we leave town just for a long weekend or for several weeks on an overseas vacation, we know we can completely trust Ann to take great care of our two cats. She will even send pictures via email to our daughter so she can get her "cat fix". Ann has been able to jump in on very short (or even no) notice, and everything is always impeccable every time we return. It almost feel like the cats miss her more after we return than they missed us while we were gone. Highly recommended.
