The Nelsons came a few days ago and cleaned our carpets. This is the second time we've used them. Fantastic job. The house smells clean. It is a relief after pet-related problems. I will continue to use them. They do a good job, are pleasant and prompt. The best!!

Jim Nelson, owner and operator of Nelson Carpets is great! He did such a good job on our living room carpets, we decided to keep them instead of putting laminate flooring down. He is prompt, detailed, and the end result is stellar!

They did a really nice job on a very bad carpet with animal stains and stuff. We asked them to come out and clean the carpets right before Christmas. Then the guy got sick and tried to send someone else. But, that person didn’t have the proper equipment and so couldn’t do the job. They felt very bad that they came and cleaned it for free. We tried to give him money, but he didn’t take it. We would use him again. His quote seemed reasonable for what we were asking him to do. It is just a small company. He showed up on time. He was really concerned about his reputation and was ready to go the extra mile for it.

The experience was great. He first came out to give us an estimate. I think he set up an appointment with us two days later. I liked the fact that he had his equipment truck-mounted. That way he didn’t have to drive all that stuff into the house. He just had the hoses come in. He was really thorough and the carpets look great. He left us a bottle of spot remover that works really well. He was just great.

The service was excellent. He was in and out in just over an hour (for the full carpet cleaning). Very professional and his equipment is top notch. Again, I can't say enough about their customer service. I definitely plan to have Nelson Carpet Cleaning out on an annual basis to do my carpet cleaning.
