MX Plumbing

We live in a 4-unit condo building and two of the kitchen sinks became backed up. MX Plumbing first tried to unclog the drains with a manual snake, and when that didn't work, they used a roto rooter in both units. It became apparent that whatever was blocking the plumbing was completely immovable. That meant the next step was to go into the wall to find where the blockage was. Based on where the roto rooter had been stopped by the blockage and a crawl space inspection, MX Plumbing was able to locate within a foot or two where the blockage was located before they ever cut into the wall. They removed the minimum amount of dry wall, cut out the part of the pipe that was clogged, and replaced it. They also found a leak in the same pipe a couple feet away (there was quite a bit of sludge build-up around the leak, and it was clear the leak had been there for some time), and they fixed that, too. We were very happy with their work, because they started with the easiest and cheapest option and carefully worked through all the options--from the least invasive on up--to find and fix the problem. They were very knowledgeable and professional. We would definitely hire them again.
