They are very good and inexpensive. It is a family owned business. They do carpet and upholstery. They are very pleasant, reasonable, and helpful.

Michael uses powerful deep cleaning equipment that is not truck mounted. He brings it in, fills it with water from the tub or shower, replenishes it as needed. This older, industrial equipment does a great job. He is even able to clean area rugs which was great. I have 16 stairs that turn a corner going down into my condo and he was able to get right up along the edges. I hate when carpet cleaning leaves that dark line up against the wall when the equipment can't get close enough. No problem with this. It does leave the carpeting wet and Michael will use a combination of your fans and his at strategic places to help the drying process. The next day, you simply leave his fans outside your door and he will pick them up at a pre-arranged time. He did arrive a little later than the appointed time because the previous job ran overtime, but called to let me know and I was fine with it so no problem. Overall, a great experience. I have used Michael's twice and have no hesitation recommending his service to friends. He charges by the time it takes to complete the job, and works hard. In my view, he's an honest broker who provides a good value service for the monies paid.

This is a family owned and operated company. There have been many times that they’ve saved me from having to replace soiled carpeting. This has saved me a lot of money over the years! They don’t use harsh chemicals that can destroy or damage the carpet’s fiber. I’m always pleased with their results.

THEY ARE VERY ACCOMMODATING WITH SCHEDULING AND QUICK TO RESPOND TO EMERGENCIES. THEY ARE PERSONABLE AND PLEASANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH.
