very well, repairman came the same day that I called and fixed the problem. very pleasant too.

It was excellent. I called and left a message. They got back to me in 10-15 minutes. They were out within an hour, around 4:30-5:00 on a weeknight. He was here for a half hour, replaced the igniter and was out of here. He had the part with him.

My gas furnace gave out after 15 years. After getting five quotes to replace it, I chose Matuska Heating and they installed a 95% efficient furnace. They showed up on time and the installation went smoothly. It's been three months and I haven't had any problems.

He is considered one of the best in the area, he's reliable ,and we really like working with him.

They are very professional and they did an excellent job. They came and did the work very quickly. They were very high quality. I would recommend them to others.

Turned out be some spurious problem that was solved by resetting the reset switch. He was there maybe 20 minutes. I figured that the tech would have done some cleaning/adjustment given the fee charged turned out to be as much as a maintenance/adjustment, which can last an hour. I feel like the tech ought to have some some additional service work instead of leaving after 20 minutes and sitting in the driveway for 20 minutes more!! I called to discuss this, but never got a call back. By the way, their communications/answering service is bad...supposedly they check for messages every hour, but their call back is haphazard to non-existent. I initially called on a Sat. am and did not get a call back until Sunday!! Bottom line...buyer beware. I will not use these folks again.

CANCELLED FIRST APPOINTMENT FOR SICKNESS, AS WELL AS GIVING PRIORITY TO THOSE TOTALLY WITHOUT HEAT IN THEIR HOMES. ARRIVED PROMPTLY FOR SECOND APPT. ON A SNOWY DAY THAT I COULD NOT BE PRESENT. I HAD GOTTEN GOOD RECOMMENDATIONS, SO I LEFT HIM A BLANK CHECK. HE CALLED ME WHEN HE WAS FINISHED, LEFT A RECEIPT, AND LOCKED THE HOUSE. EXCELLENT SERVICE ALL AROUND.

THEY WERE ON TIME. TOLD THEM I WAS OUT OF HEAT. I TOLD THEM I WOULDN'T BE HOME UNTIL 7:30, SO THEY WORKED WITH ME ON THE TIME SCHEDULE. HE WAS THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY SO HE DID A GREAT JOB.

THE QUALITY OF THE WORK THEY DID WAS OUTSTANDING. IT TOOK A LITTLE LONGER THAN THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE THEM, BUT THAT IS OKAY BECAUSE THE QUALITY WAS THERE. I JUST LIKED THEM.
