M3 Design Build is not just a construction company. I created this business to show you that your property is not just a home, an investment or raw land but a canvas for you to realize your goals through what you already have. From simple cost effective changes to bathrooms, decks, kitchen remodels, additions or full custom builds I’m looking wholistically at the end result. Not the IG quality pictures but through the lenses of reason what the ROI will look like when it’s all said and done. Why can’t we position the improvements to check all your boxes but at the same time ensure when you sell the property you’ve maximized what you have done? My goal is not to get your business my goal is to create a partnership, an understanding, familiarity that can grow into whatever is meant to be.
