JSM Concrete built a 16 x 20 patio with a 4 foot score design to make a grid pattern of 20 squares. It looks really sharp and is straight and level. Jason anchored the rebar into the old steps for extra security. We had fiberglass fiber added for extra strength for a nominal charge. The modern concrete is high strength compared to the old stuff without reinforcing that was poured in 1957. Jason took care to grade the patio and walkway to drain away from the house and out into the yard. The craftmanship is top-notch.
Jason stood out at our first meeting as a good listener and problem solver. He is articulate and detailed in his communication with prompt follow ups on any concerns. His skills are evident and we realized the choice was easy after getting four bids considerably higher than Jason's. The JSM team worked practically non-stop to complete it in a day. There was minimal clean-up and they were carefull while they worked. The work was tented when rain threatened and removed before they left.
