Infinity Mortgage makes the whole mortgage process easy. The team is so attentive, patient, and compassionate. We worked with Alex Tielker and he was wonderful. No question was too small, he took time to help us understand and do what was best for us. I would highly recommend working with IMG.

He found the best rate and product for me. The process went really smoothly and fast. He answered all my questions and kept me informed as to the status with status emails that tracked each step in the process and let me know when to expect things to happen. At the outset we discussed how to make the process faster and he really delivered - we closed in just over 2 weeks (only due to the waiting period before funding the refinance, otherwise it would have been under 2 weeks!). A pleasure to work with.
