+ -1 moreFabulous! The porch was falling apart. Existing entry roof was sagging & this was corrected. Tim braved the January weather to do this. The quality of his work is great! All of the debris was taken to the dump. Last summer Tim replaced my deck and sunroof. This job turned out great also. Tim has years of experience as a framer/sider of new construction and has just recently moved on to homeowner projects. He does all of the work himself with occasional assistance.
Description of Work: Removed old concrete porch and stairs. Rebuilt 2-level landing with stairs using cedar decking and rails.
