Door Service
They said the knobs would be delivered to my home within 7-10 working days. By August 20th, the merchandise had not arrived. I contacted the them and he said the order, 716391387, was not sent and he ordered the knobs again. On September 5th, still no merchandise. I contacted them again and he said he would check the order and get back to me. He still hasn t contacted me. I made repeated calls to his 3 listed phone numbers, two of which stated that his mailbox was full. I contacted my credit card company on September 10th to cancel the charge.
