Great! We have used this company for several years and they have always done a good job. They will call periodically / when you have told them you might need them next and that can be annoying. Rich, the guy who calls is very nice and just doing his job and I finally told him 'I'll call you' and the reminder calls stopped.

It went well. William was very nice, polite, and friendly. Wore shoe booties. Done in 1.5 hours, 1800 sq foot house. Weather is good

so it should dry quickly, all windows open and 2 ceiling fans going.

We have used G and C Cleaners in the past and will again.

We were somewhat apprehensive as this was a sale based on a telephone solicitation by Kyle, who was very professional, persuasive, and the 'whole house special' price was definitely a good deal. I followed up by checking the BBB and Angies List and found they had an excellent track record. William arrived about 5 min early. Very friendly and professional. He steam cleaned all our carpets on 2 floors: loft office, large great room, hallway, MBR, guest BR, 2 closets, and 2 stair wells (one to the basement level). The carpets had not been cleaned in quite some time and really needed it. When William left, they looked like new and still do.

Glen called. He was very pleasant and to the point. He gave me a very reasonable quote, I said yes and it was scheduled within a reasonable amount of time.
The results was excellent. I will call G and C the next time I need my carpet cleaned.

They were on-time. They did a really good job getting out stains in the carpet. The carpet looks brand new! I was very happy with them.

Karl showed up promptly on time and got right to work.

Todd, his dispatcher, called the next day to follow-up and make sure we were satisfied with the work provided.
We were and would use G and C again.
One thing, I would like to point out, however.
This is a company that does a lot of phone solicitation for work.
That can be a turn-off for some people (although I must say that Todd was very nice about it).
I would use them again because they are professional and do good work.
But I would probably rather call them myself when our carpets need cleaning

Fantastic. Ernie was just great. He was all business and did a fantastic job. He got out stains I had despaired of ever seeing gone.

It went very well. They showed up on time, very courteous and very informative on how to maintain my carpets.

Carl was scheduled to be here at 11 AM. He called at 11:01 and explained that his previous client had run over time and that he was on the way from Lynnwood. We agreed to talk on the phone if he needed directions on his way. He arrived at about 11:50 AM.
He was thorough in inspecting the carpet, looking at furniture placement and removing all furniture from the surface that was possible.
He asked about the asian rugs as they would require a different treatment. We found two stains that were unlikely to be removed and we agreed on this together. I pointed out areas of stains that I felt were due to wine and food spillage. He asked if we were interested in a protective coating on the carpet. I told him I could not afford that now and he was very polite in telling me he would recommend it on my next cleaning to make the carpet cleaning go faster and easier and protect the carpet. No hard sell.
He spent over an hour cleaning and treating the carpet. My husband said he was very thorough in cleanup and directions for allowing to dry.
The carpet looks very good tonite. A little damp, but it is the middle of winter and we didn't get a fan on it right away. It will be bone dry in the morning I think.

The two gentleman called on their way to the apartment to let me know they were coming.
This was great and I was able to meet them down in the parking lot. They had to climb
4 flights of stairs with their equipment. They did this without complaint. They were in and
out and completely done in an hour or so. The carpet came out great and so did the stains.
I would recommend them to anyone.

Greg Prather gives phone solicitors a good name. Almost 20 years ago, he serendipitously called right before my wedding, cleaned our rugs and has been doing them ever since. Generally, I have them come to my home twice a year to do the living/dining room rugs; fall, just before the holidays and spring when the house needs airing out and the cats have blown their winter coats. It actually doesn't matter who you get, I've had them all over the years and the quality has always been great. Between the winter muck, the summer dust and the kittys' fur and accidents, my rugs earn their way and always look sad just before G and C gets here. Afterwards, they just sparkle. It may not seem a necessity, but it has kept our allergies down and extended the life of our rugs over the years. I hate homes where I have to take off my shoes. My feet freeze and if I'm dressed up, I feel bizarre and unfinished leaving my cute shoes outside. So this way, I don't have to worry where my friends shoes have been.

I spent about $120 on the services. Apparently the cleaners have their own equipment and I guess G and C Carpet and Upholstery LLP contracts the cleaners. The guy that came had his own equipment in his truck and he did a super job. He was very pleasant. He did a few extra things for me and charged very little for that. He got a lot of spots out and I was just really thrilled. My overall experience was excellent. The price was good. He was early. I will use their services again in the future and I would ask for that particular person. All the others too were good but this guy was great.

They came when they said they would. They worked quickly and thoroughly. They did a good job.They moved small furniture, and cleaned under large furniture in living room.

We have been using them for several years. I don't call them. They always call me. We keep using them because they always do a good job. We have not had any problems. The carpets are always clean when they are done. They are here when they say they are. There are a lot of carpet cleaning companies out there, but as long as they keep doing a good job, we will go with them. They get the job done properly. I ask them to come and clean my carpets and when they leave, the carpets are clean. The people that they always send are really friendly and polite and that is always important.

They were very prompt and they were professional. The carpet was wet for sometime and the stains did show back up after it was dry. The stains are extensive in the carpet. When another carpet company came out, they seemed to have done a better job getting the stains clean.

You don’t have to go into their office, and all you have to do is call them. They do a whole lot of business on the internet as well. They give you little advice on how to deal with spots and things like that. They are very good at what they do but they are also friendly to people. Their quality of service is good; if I ask them to move the furniture, they don’t argue with me. They work very hard and are also available on Sundays. They rinse everything thoroughly, and so it doesn’t attract dirt from all over the place. They are very interested in talking about what they do, and I like that a lot. I had expected their price to be more. I don’t use them that much anymore since I clean the carpets myself, but sometimes when I just don’t feel like doing the whole house, I use them, especially when it comes to moving furniture.

They had a really good service guy. They actually did clean things and did everything that they said they would. They were prompt and called to let me know if they were going to be a couple of minutes late.

They always give you an accurate quote over the phone and are very prompt with their work. It all gets done in little time and it gets done well. The staff is also very kind and work on Sundays which is a plus for me.

Cleaner was on time and courteous. Worked carefully and conscientiously. Cleaning was thorough. However, a final application of a solution, that is supposed to protect against future stains, left everything very wet. It took all day and more to dry. Also, I felt the charges were a bit high. Due to the slow drying, I don't plan to have this company again.
