TITLE COMPANIES ARE ABOUT THE SAME PRICE. THE SERVICE IS THE MOST IMPORTANT ASPECT OF CHOOSING WHICH ONE TO USE. THEN, IT REALLY GETS DOWN TO WHICH TITLE REP ONE HAS THE BEST RESULTS WITH. I USE PAULA HARRIGAN THE MOST AS SHE HAS ALWAYS GIVEN 100% PLUS. SHE IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE WHEN NEEDED.
