I USE PAULA HARRIGAN THE MOST AS SHE HAS ALWAYS GIVEN 100% PLUS. SHE IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE WHEN NEEDED.
Description of Work: THE TITLE COMPANY IS THE ONE WHO SENDS THE TITLE REPORT TO THE AGENT AND BUYER ON THE HOME BEING SOLD. THE MAIN PURPOSE IS TO MAKE SURE THE HOUSE HAS CLEAR TITLE, NO LIENS. THEY PROVIDE INSURANCE THAT THE INFORMATION IS CORRECT. THEY PLAY AN IMPORTANT ROLE IN THE CLOSING OF A SALE. IT IS IMPORTANT TO HAVE A TITLE REP WHO IS AVAILABLE, WILLING TO DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO GET A TRANSACTION CLOSED ON TIME. PAULA HARRIGAN HAS DONE A FANTASTIC JOB FOR ME ALWAYS, AND IN ONE INSTANCE WENT OVER AND ABOVE WHAT ANYONE WOULD EXPECT, TO SEE THAT THE NECESSARY PAPERS WERE THERE SO THE CLOSING COULD TAKE PLACE, AND THE SALE WOULDN'T BE LOST. SHE WAS A LIFE SAVER! HER KNOWLEDGE OF THE BUSINESS IS A KEY FACTOR TO SUCCESSFUL CLOSINGS. THE COMPANY HAS COME THRU FOR ME IN EVERY INSTANCE.
