They did an excellent job and they came in at a far cheaper rate than some of the other very local estimates. The price was very good and they were able to install in a week. I was quite pleased with their work but their follow up has been a bit lacking. They had promised a secondary call to make sure the system was functioning. The system is working fine but they do a follow up a couple of days later to make sure it is optimally set. I have contacted them 3 or 4 times and they haven't called me back at all. I am concerned if I needed service that I would not be able to get hold of them. Everything goes through the salesperson and he has not been responsive. Initially they were great but their follow up stinks. The installers were great. I would consider using them again but I am not sure.

I was very pleased with the service. The salesman, who is also a repairman knew more about the system than anyone else I spoke with.
