He installed it backwards, so that cold was on the left and hot was on the right. If he would have corrected then I would not being writing this negative review. &)+#&.

He came without the proper tools. Said he would come back when I had purchased a L wrench set. He put the cartridge in backwards resulting in the hot water being on right and cold water on left. And he did not come back to change it - yet he had not problem charging plumber prices. I ended up hiring a real plumber to do the job correctly.
