Really bad experience all around. We just found out from a former employee that they mandate that their crews aren't at your home for more than 30 minutes which isn't enough time to get done what they promised. After checking my security cameras, it was more like 20 minutes. They over promise and under deliver in every way possible. We used them for biweekly maintenance at our home for a year and were displeased with the lack of trimming and weeding done. It took multiple emails to get them to tell me that they do the weeding/trimming on a "rotational basis" - meaning a part of your yard each week. If you read the subtext in that, they're essentially saying the majority of your yard will always have weeds. I cancelled the service but found that there are few landscapers in the area that had openings, so reluctantly we resigned with them a few months back. The service was (no surprise) lackluster and so my wife called and again complained. This time, they were actually apologetic and said they would credit our account and provide free service for the next two weeks to try and earn our business back. The VERY NEXT DAY they retracted everything via email and sent me a new bill. Cowardly and unprofessional to email us saying they're going back on their word. After spending thousands of dollars with them, we aren't even due a phone call? Edmonds Landscaping benefits on having a relative monopoly in our town. I would suggest any local landscaping companies market themselves to current Edmonds Landscaping customers. I'm sure we're not the only ones that feel under served and ripped off.

They did a nice job. They are dedicated and skilled. I felt that I got value for my money. They even took down a dead thuja that was not part of the contract. They had trouble getting a sufficiently tall ladder as the tall one was in use but they came back later when it was available.

Plantings were installed in the late winter of 2015, but, by late July, some died.  Even though it was a particularly hot summer and the possibility that the shrubs had not been watered enough, they replaced the failing shrubs without charge with more mature shrubs.  I was quite satisfied with how Edmonds Landscaping corrected the problem without question.

The staffs are fine. I am not here when they are here, but they are fine when I do see them. They seem very nice. My leave my lawn just fine. It is cut and done.

Provided service for about a year. They always showed up but always seemed rushed... They spent maybe 15-20 minutes here per week. Some of the guys actually ran around the yard trying to get stuff done, the guy moving the lawn was almost jogging, the flower beds were barely ever weeded, and our trees/bushes were butchered instead of pruned. Our backyard was pretty neglected. I sent Shawn and Glenn emails about these issues and I never heard back until I terminated service. Even then they didn't offer any kind of apology or attempt to fix the problem. I was more irritated by the customer service than the yard work or lack of. I would really suggest they hire additional landscapers instead of making them rush around and not provide the services that were promised.

We have been using them for years now. We have an acre of property. They do EVERYTHING! They attend to our sprinklers and shutting off the outside water in the winter. They take care of our back-flow testing (as required by the city we live in) once a year. They mow, edge and otherwise take care of our lawn. They weed the entire place and trim things back when needed. They always check with us when they are going to do anything not done on a weekly basis. We used to have a gentleman come and just mow and trim. He always left dead clumps of grass everywhere that his mower did not pick up. For a little more a month Edmonds Landscaping does a 100 times better job and a 100 time more the work, They are fast and efficient and I can not say enough good thing about Edmonds Landscaping! Love them all!

They are very professional and friendly. Any work we have ever required has been done quite well and within budget. We call them every year for this service.

Edmonds Landscaping comes out once a week to do our landscaping. They are fantastic! They are fast, get everything done, and our yard looks great when they leave. They service at least 5-6 houses on our street and it keeps our neighborhood looking really nice!

Very happy with the overall experience with Edmonds Landscaping. Crew worked hard, lead was very knowledgable, designer laid out a great plan for my front and side yard makeovers.

They do a good job in a timely manner. They are happy to come out and estimate things. It is a very friendly-run operation.I have recommended them to others and they have had the same experience. I have checked around on prices and they are willing to work with you to stay in your budget. I will use them forever!
