I would recommend them. They call you and remind you that it’s time to have your carpet cleaned, which I appreciate it having the reminder. He sometimes has discovered problems we were having that I might not have realized and he will take care of the problem and then explain to me what he did. He takes a good initiative.

THE CARPET WAS CLEANED WELL. THE SERVICE MAN WAS COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. I CONSENTED TO PAYING $20 EXTRA FOR A TREATMENT FOR HIGH TRAFFIC AREAS WHICH I REGRETTED.
