Keith with Comprosof is A-1, very nice guy, very professional. The thing I like about him is if he's not comfortable with something he'll tell you right up front. That's been my problem with some of the other companies I've used, I've had to take my computer to them, wait three weeks and get it back and it doesn't work. He comes to the house and about an hour and I think his price is almost give away for the work he does. Once in a while I just have a question and I just email him, he doesn't charge me anything for that. He put a wireless router in the living room for the iPad. Another time my wife had some issues and called him and he told her exactly what to do over the phone. Sometimes he doesn't charge anything depending on what the problem is. I will absolutely continue to use him.

We could not be more pleased or impressed with the work that was done, or with the professionalism of the company.. Our computer was running slow, freezing up, and generally not responding to commands. We found Com-Pro-Sof on Angie's List. Their response was prompt, thy picked up the computer, repaired it, and returned and reinstalled within 48 hours. Other shops have taken several says to do less work.

Very well. The storefront operation in Ballard is no longer in operation, so he works on site. He was very prompt and thoroughly professional about maintaining contact and keeping me informed. He was unhappy with the prices he was getting for CD-ROM drives and did an extra search. I thought the fee was extremely reasonable.

HE TOLD US WHAT WE NEEDED AND EVEN SUGGESTED THAT WE JUST PICK UP A HARD DRIVE AT COSTCO. THEN HE WOULD INSTALL IT FOR US AND RELOAD ANY COMPUTER SOFTWARE THAT WE BROUGHT HIM. EXCELLENT SERVICE.
