Cline Jewelers

They were very professional. I got a call to pick up my jewelry a day ahead of schedule. They even gave me a price break on the appraisal, since I was having other work done. I really liked that the receipt had a photo of each piece of jewelry I dropped off for service.

They were easy to work with, highly professional and very nice. My wedding ring is beautiful - better than new. My other ring was repaired and polished and looks great. I would highly recommend them and will return in the future.

This was such a wonderful experience. Kim was just as excited as we are. She (and everyone at Cline's) was wonderful to deal with. We now have a nice color-copy appraisal of each piece of jewelry as well as a copy for insurance purposes. Today we will go back and have Kim look at some other pieces of jewelry for us.

I took a bracelet to Cline (in ~2010) and asked if they could repair or replace the clasp and make sure that the security clasp worked, too.  They said they could.  When I picked the bracelet up a week or so later they said they'd repaired the clasp and the security loop.  I thought the charge was very resonable (around $25).  I wore the bracelet out of the store and went to lunch with my sister.  Somewhere between Cline's store and the end of lunch the bracelet fell off.  I didn't notice that it had, and it was lost.  It was a very special bracelet - an anniversary present - worth a lot in dollars and even more in sentiment.

Overall, over six years, every experience I've had with them, in older store on Aurora and beautiful new store in downtown Edmonds has been wonderful. First found them when we moved to Edmonds about six years ago. Moved to Seattle about five years ago, but I still go north to Cline for anything jewelry-related.
