Zach ROCKS!! Absolutely amazing service. Carpet was way past due for cleaning, in family home home with pets stains, misc. food and drink stains, and heavy volume traffic areas. Never dreamed Zach would be able to get some of these stains out, but he was up to the challenge, when he finished the carpets looked better than new. Zach was polite, articulate, and very knowledgable about the trade. He was careful not to damage the walls, moved furniture and properly prepped the area. Carpets dried very quickly, and was left with a fresh citrus scent. As Zach was preparing to leave, i made an additional request to clean the upholstery on my dinning room chairs, and he was most accommodating. Best carpet cleaning experience I have had, did a much better job than previous contractors. I already have and would recommend Zach without hesitation. Thanks for a job well done.
